March 9, 2003 - Go look in the fan section of the Backstage page. I got a wonderful new drawing sent to me by Maudie of Max, Caroline and Owen in the afterlife. I love this!!

March 4, 2003 - Yes I'm still on that vacation...sorta, but I did make a message board for the Frink Family. It's experimental at the moment. I want to see if there's enough interest here to actually get a semi-active forum going to talk about our favorite character and the site. So please stop by, I hope to see you there. -Des Frink-

Feb 25, 2003 - Forgot to do some things in my haste yesterday. Look at chapter 16 once againg for another pic and in the art gallery. It's a great one of Neil Diamond that Frank gave me. I also forgot the 4th alternate ending in the back stage section. D'oh! Check that one out too. Is that all? Am I finished? Can I go now? Blah, I'll be back you all know it.

Feb 24, 2003 - This is it. The end of the line. We've made it to the final chapter. Thank you all for taking the time to come and read my story that I've had so much fun with. Two days after the two month anniversery and the story is finally complete. Now do not worry. Like I've mentioned else where, the story may be done but I am not. I love the Frink Family too much to completely close the book on them. I will be starting a new site called The Frink Family with all original art like this one. It will be an alternate story line and will take place after all the events up to the wedding in Innocence Lost. From there on it will be completely different.

I have added a Making Off section to celebrate the end. I have added ten new drawings to gallery 2. That is the most I have ever put up!!! The majority of the art I had was for the final chapter anyway and I've been dying to get it up. I might add more even though the story is done so keep checking. There are a few scenes I never got around to drawing. I added a new song to the soundtrack. This one is Down by Rage. Another wonderful metal song that is perfect for the fight scene between Frink and Owen. I'll type the lyrics in here because it would be too difficult to edit the lyrics section of the site. Finally I want to let you know that I am taking a vacation. I have been working none stop on this for the last three months...possibly more. I'll probably take a two week break and then start working on the new site. I'll add the link to it at the top of the main page. Feb 14, 2003 - Happy Valentine's day everyone! I added chapter 22. The action is really picking up now. One more chapter to go. I can't believe it's almost over. Five new drawings in Gallery 2 as well. Check out the Electrophages there to see how Frink's invention works. And I added a new link in the Links Section. It's a friend of mine's art page. We passed the 2000 mark as well. YEAY, thanks to all 2000 of you that came out to the site...yeah I know some of you out there are repeat offenders and it's not really 2000 folks, but thanks none the less.

Feb 11, 2003 - Well that mysterious green question mark is finally gone and you now know that the last character in the story is Hank Scorpio. YEAY!! I really wasn't doing that to keep you all in suspense, I'm an artist and artists are lazy and I hadn't made any drawings of Scorpio until today. Hey he's hard to draw and I've been putting it off until the end. I refused to use the picture of him that everyone else has on their sites. My goal is that all the pictures here are my own original art and exclusive to The Frink Family site. I also added two new links in the Links section. Feb 8, 2003 - The story takes a new turn, this is the biggest update yet. Chapters 20-21 have been added and we are quicky drawing to our end. Well not quite, once the last chapter goes up I still have lots of plans. I've added SEVEN new drawings to the gallery 2. Check out the gallery folks, sometimes I place art in there that isn't in the chapters or viceversa.

Feb 2, 2003 - Ok this time a real update! Chapters 18-19 are now up and I think the story is really moving now that Owen has returned. Yeah, I practically hear you booing out there. Four new drawings in Gallery 2. I want to thank all of you that have been coming out to check out the site. We recently passed 1500 on the counter. YEAY!! Oh and I fixed up a MAJOR screw up on my part. In the music section I JUST added the song ON And On. I'm kicking myself for not having put it up in the first place. That is THE song that defines the whole story and basically the whole reason for it. So check it out please. I can't believe no one told me the link was broken since the site went up. I've only gotten a few emails so if you find a broken link, like or don't like something LET ME KNOW, please. Thanks again everyone. ZOi!!

Jan 29, 2003 - Not really an update but something cool I just found out. A friend decided to do a crazy search on Yahoo for Owen Marsh and the first thing that came up was Owen Marsh Elementary School in of all places...get this...SPRINGFIELD, IL. I was rolling on the floor. I couldn't believe it. Now here's more intersting trivia, I get all this stuff from my SpongeBob Message boad in case you are wondering. A friend posted a link to a site about first names. Of course I looked up Owen, and found that it means Young Fighter. Very cool. It's derived from the name EVAN, which means God is Gracious. Evan is in turn derived from the name John, which means Gift of God. LOL!!! Wouldn't Owen be pissed to find out that his name comes from John, the name of the person he hates more than anyone in the world. I was dying!!

Jan 26, 2003 - BIG update today. Thanks to everyone that supported my site. I have made it into the Simpsons Top 100. I'm very glad you thought that my site was good enough to join these ranks. To celebrate I added a side project I did. It's my comic version of what happened to Frink in The Blunder Years. Added four new drawings to Gallery 2 and Chapters 16-17 are finally up. Send me an e-mail if you like it so far, I love getting feed back from people.

Jan 20, 2003 - Chapters 14-15 are now up. Added three more drawings to Gallery 2. I added SNPP to the links. Also put up a link on the main page to have my site reviewed for Simpsons Top 100. I have worked very hard on this site and I still am. I truely believe that this is a very unique place in the many cookie cutter Simpson online community. Please leave a positive review for my site if you've enjoyed what you've seen so far. I have no intentions of stopping. Thanks again everyone.

Jan 15, 2003 - This update is much later at night. I actually forgot to put up the pic of Max getting into the remote controled plane. It's now at the end of chapter 13 and in the gallery 2. Enjoy.

Jan 15, 2003 - Innocence Lost is currently the site of the week at SNPP. Thank you very much for putting me up there guys. Chapters 11-13 are now up. I'm very happy because I've finally introduced Maximillian into the story! YEAY! I love this kid. Also added four new pictures to the art gallery 2. I can hear the crickets chirp chirp. No feed bad in weeks. EEP! So if you like what you are seeing please drop me an email.

Jan 9, 2003 - Next two chapters are up. I added a new Gallery page for the up coming art. Three new pictures in there so far. I haven't gotten hardly any feed back in the past few weeks, so please drop me a line and let me know what you think so far.

Jan 6, 2003 - A Late Happy Birthday to Stephen Hawking, 61 on Jan 5, 2003. He's one of the people I look up to highly and one of the few heros I have that is alive in my life time. Next up I added two new links to Maudie's Domain and FISI, both of these are also fan art sites based in Germany. I'd like to thank Frank Siewert from the FiSi site for making the new link button for Innocence Lost . I love the font, lettering is something I just CANT draw. Thanks so much! Also big news for me. The new episode that aired last night, Special Edna, showed Maximillian for the first time ever without his glasses!! I was ecstatic and releaved all at the same time. Extatic because now I don't have to "design" his eyes, he's a very lovely little boy the way he looks on the show, and I was just ecstatic because I'd never seen him like this and he was so cute. Look, little Max is annoyed/mad. Awwww.

Dec 28, 2002 - Alright, a big update today. The next three chapters are up along with some new artwork to go along with them and in the gallery. Things are finally picking up steam. I also added End of the Line and Touch the Sky to the soundtrack. Check 'em out and enjoy.

Dec 26, 2002 - Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. I added a small Links section, and added comments to the drawing of Owen as a kid. I can't believe I forgot to say something on that one. Oops.

Dec 24, 2002 - Christmas eve! Merry Christmas everyone! I added a new picture to the gallery. The Frinks love Christmas just as much as the rest of us.

Dec 22, 2002 - Welcome to the new site I just opened for the story Innocence Lost. I hope you will enjoy this as much as I have. I'm going to try and have two to three chapters up at least every other week so keep checking here. And once that's done, the art and possibly other stories will follow. I've been working on this for months so check it out and please let me know what you think. I just love hearing feed back.
